Written by one of the most respected executive coaches in the world (D. A. BENTON), How to Act Like a CEO is must reading for ambitious managers in every industry, whether they aspire to being CEOs or not.
Few of the Important points that its Covers
- Be Yourself, Unless You’re a Jerk (Sincerity and Integrity)
- See Around Corners (Vision)
- Make Dust or Eat Dust (Strategic decision)
- Make the Big Play (Delegate)
- Keep Good Company (Human Resources)
- Be the Number One Fund-Raiser and Protector
